This policy covers the Greenscreen 3270 app for iOS (iPhone and iPad), published by Steward Oak Holdings LLC, doing business as Strovent Systems (“we”).
Greenscreen 3270 has no accounts, advertising, analytics, tracking or crash-reporting services. We do not receive, store or sell any information about you or how you use the app.
Greenscreen 3270 connects directly from your device to the host systems you configure, such as your organization’s mainframe. That traffic goes only to those hosts and is governed by their owners’ policies. When you enable TLS, the connection is encrypted using the operating system’s standard TLS.
Connection profiles, settings, key mappings and scripts are stored only on your device, in the app’s private storage, and are included in your device backups according to your iCloud or computer backup settings. Passwords requested by scripts are typed into the host screen, never saved, and discarded immediately. Deleting the app deletes this data.
If you export configurations or scripts, the file goes wherever you choose in the share sheet.
When enabled, iPadOS or iOS shows a system progress item while Greenscreen 3270 keeps your sessions connected in the background. No information leaves your device for this.
The Support and Privacy links in the app open this website in Safari. That visit is subject to this site’s hosting provider.
Greenscreen 3270 is a business tool and is not directed at children.
